General Manager - Start-Up (Fast-Growth) - Home Care Services 

** This individual must live in and around Lanark County, e.g. Perth, Carleton Place, Renfrew County and surrounding areas. 

We are looking for an autonomous General Manager to lead this start-up backed by strong proven franchise systems and expected to scale to 200 employees within a few years. 

We help seniors stay in their homes for as long as they choose, and our real talent is caring and connecting to seniors’ hearts. This individual should understand how to hustle with heart - this is essential! You enjoy working collaboratively but with a high degree of autonomy and thrive by seeing results.
The General Manager will be “the face” of the company, lead daily operations and report to the Franchise Owner. The General Manager will lead and develop the team. The General Manager drives results through others by ensuring that the franchise meets and exceeds its growth and profitability targets.
What will you lead?

• Sales & Marketing - Responsible for driving top and bottom line growth

• Leadership & Development - Achieves/exceeds Employee Net Promoter Scores through recruiting and coaching

• Operational Management - Achieves/exceeds Client Net Promoter Scores through client care management processes

Qualifications:

• Post secondary degree in business administration or healthcare administration or

• communication/journalism

• Minimum five years progressive management experience

• Previous experience achieving goals in a sales capacity

• Previous experience managing people

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Superb organization, planning, time management and prioritizing skills

• Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office, Accounting software, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license

• Valid work permit
